Swindon's New Museum & Art Gallery

After a long await, much disucssion, protest and promise... Swindon's new Museum and Art Gallery has opened to the public.

Following the closure of Apsley House four years ago, the gallery's long-term home, plans were made for the creation of new, accessible, facilities at the Civic Offices in Euclid Street.

Marina Strinkovski, Arts representative, and Cabinet Member for Planning and Placemaking, is pictured in one of the galleries.
